In Anaheim, Steve made it a priority to protect renters who lost their income and could no longer afford to pay rent as a result of the Coronavirus.
Councilman Faessel protected renters from being evicted during the crisis. And, he led the effort to provide financial assistance to help residents pay their rent.

Steve got to work right away to help those most impacted by COVID-19 in Anaheim. For seniors, Steve organized food drives, provided food boxes for drive-through pickup, and offered home-delivery of meals and other supplies to vulnerable residents.
